Simplifying Planning & Development for you
Trinidad and Tobago’s online portal for development permitting, branded DevelopTT, was launched in March 2020 and is an undertaking of the Ministry of Planning, Economic Affairs and Development, through the Town and Country Planning Division, in collaboration with the Ministry of Trade, Investment and Tourism.
Through the DevelopTT portal, the development application and approval processes are transformed by replacing the paper-based system of submitting applications for planning permissions, building permits, completion certificates and many of the other property development approvals required, with online/electronic submissions and processing.
Applicants are guided through the process of obtaining permissions across multiple agencies seamlessly, ensuring that the right documents and information are submitted at each step, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of the planning approval process.
