DevelopTT the online service of the Town and Country Planning Division is expanding to the South

The DevelopTT platform launched in the North Regional Office of the Town and Country Planning Division (TCPD) in 2020, added two more online services this year to further enhance the ease of doing business in the Construction Permitting Sector for all its stakeholders.

The Status of Land Correspondence and Stamp Duty Exemption Correspondence launched in February 2021, is now fully digital at the North Regional Office. Along with these additions, the online DevelopTT platform offers the following services:

  • Submission of An Unauthorized Development Complaint
  • View of the Public Register
  • Submission and online processing of Outline and Planning Permission Applications

Continuing with its momentum of success in the pilot stage, Minister Camille Robinson-Regis has given the go ahead for the expansion to the TCPD’s South Regional Office (SRO). The SRO is now being operationalized to be launched by the beginning of July 2021. Training, registration and hardware distribution are all being conducted in preparation for DevelopTT’s rollout.
