Mrs. Louisa Emmanuel, Acting Administrative Officer V, is the
Head of Central Administrative Services.
Core Functions
• Provide administrative services, including the day-to-day
supervision of the accounting function, the procurement of goods and
services, accommodation and asset management functions for the
efficient and effective functioning of the Ministry of Planning and
Development.
